Join us for Open Yoga Classes inspired by the heart-centred and alignment principles of Anusara Yoga and get yourself empowered and aligned for the week to come. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, these classes are designed to reconnect, cultivate strength and flexibility in body and mind and set you intention to guide you through the days ahead.

Mondays 19:45-21:00 h

Anusara Yoga is a heart-opening practice that fosters personal growth and inner balance through precise body alignment and the integration of breath, meditation, and positive intentions. You will learn to align your body and breath, so you can begin the week feeling refreshed, energized, and with a clear, positive focus.

In a small, intimate group, we create space for community and individual connection, allowing you to truly feel at ease. You will not only become physically more flexible and stronger but also grow emotionally and mentally. Discover your true nature and find a deep inner peace that will sustainably accompany you and enrich your daily life.

Gentle Flow to Self-Care

Inspired by Anusara Yoga (all levels)

The yoga class "Flow to Self Care" is a wonderful journey to inner balance, relaxation, and self-care, combining the powerful practice of Anusara Yoga with the regenerating effects of Yoga Nidra.

Saturdays 10:15 - 11:45 h

We begin with a gentle tuning in to the body, followed by mindful breathing exercises to calm the mind and direct the focus inward. The Anusara Yoga flow then unfolds in fluid movements, accompanied by precise body alignment. Each asana (yoga posture) is linked with the intention of opening the heart and establishing a deeper connection to our inner self. Special attention is given to the interplay of breath and movement, promoting the flow of energy throughout the body.

The focus is on activating powerful, stabilizing asanas, which are performed with a gentle softness to strengthen and stretch the body. The practice is inviting and adaptable, allowing both beginners and experienced yogis to have a deep experience of physical and emotional balance.

Following the physical practice, we transition into the restorative part of the session: Yoga Nidra. In this deep relaxation technique, the body enters a state of complete rest while the mind sinks into a meditative state. The guided "yogic sleep" helps release blockages and promotes profound inner healing. During the guided meditation, the body is fully relaxed, the breath slows down, and the mind experiences a refreshing stillness that reduces stress and enhances overall well-being.

This combination of Anusara Yoga and Yoga Nidra offers a holistic experience that not only strengthens the body but also enables deep mental and emotional regeneration. The session ends in a state of deep calm and inner harmony, leaving you ready to face the rest of the day with clarity and serenity.

Personal Yoga

This exclusive 6-week personal self care yoga package, inspired by Anusara Yoga is designed for women who lead in various areas of life. Be it in their careers, families, or communities. It is for those ready to discover their authentic selves, find clarity and create a balance between work, life and personal growth. From my own experience as a leader and working mum, I understand how challenging it can be to balance professional responsibilities, family needs and personal growth.

  • Cultivating harmony in your daily life

We will explore how self acceptance becomes the foundation of authentic leadership, how inner balance strengthens resilience during challenging times and ow growth from within ignites clarity, vision and empathy. Each session combines Anusara yoga practice, mindfulness, journaling, breathwork, deep relaxation and reflection, to help you blossom into the leader and individual you aspire to be. This package will be tailored according to your personalized needs to provide you a unique experience. 

Yoga for Beginners

Anusara Yoga - 5 x Yoga course

 

This course is ideal for anyone who is rediscovering yoga or would like to deepen their basics. In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, you will learn the most important asanas (postures), breathing techniques and relaxation exercises that will help you balance body and mind.

 

 

 

 

Course content:

  • Introduction to yoga and the most important asanas
  • Breathing exercises (Pranayama) for more focus and inner peace
  • Relaxation techniques that reduce stress and promote mindfulnes
  • Instructions for correct posture and alignment

Course objectives:

  • Improving flexibility and physical fitness
  • Strengthening the core and better posture
  • Promote inner peace and clarity Stress reduction and more mindfulness in everyday life.

The course lasts 6 weeks and is offered 1:1 so that you receive full attention and individual support. But it is also ideal if you want to start together with your friends - in a small, personal group you can support each other and become stronger together. Each class includes gentle exercises, breathing techniques and a relaxing final session.

Charity Yoga

Through this charity yoga class, I aim to lead by example offsetting travel emissions and inspiring others to take meaningful action for the planet.  All proceeds will support tree-planting initiatives, restoring balance and nurturing the Earth we all share.
